I know this is bodyweight fitness but I'd swap the power tower for a barbell rack. You can still do pull ups. Use a barbell for height-adjustable rows. Attach rings or a TRX. They also make attachments you can buy for dips. Plus you can do weighted squats, presses, deadlifts, etc., if you ever want to.
The thing about those power racks that bothers me is that if the dip bars aren't set a comfortable width for you, that function becomes worthless and you're left with basically just a pull up bar. You can't make it wider or more narrow to account for your shoulder width. And doing dips on equipment that doesn't suit your body can seriously mess up your shoulders.
