Make sure you're using the right tips for your ears.

When you paired, the Galaxy Wearables software should have installed on your S21FE (if it didn't they're fake). Look for the fit test in the software, use it to check your tips for the right size, and the fit for the right position.

In my case, I didn't get good audio until I used 3rd party tips: diofit/Galaxy Buds2/Buds Plus... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B098SMGF36 . I bought them bc the buds kept falling out. They fixed that and really improved the audio.

Edit: my buds are the regular 2s, not the Pros. Nevertheless, the fit is just as important for audio quality. The 3rd party tips would be diff for yours.
