Having trouble finding anything that is a good option that can actually support 4k at 120 or 144hz.

This seems like it could be a decent possibility: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084DW7MJ2/?coliid=I3MJUE6DRGKVHQ&colid=31IV5MKXIXOFI&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it

It would require unplugging between the two devices, but would at least allow for power delivery with power/display going through one cable, and usb hub through the other port.

I am not as familiar with the switches/hubs. I've been doing a few hours of research, and can't seem anything that fits the build. Someone had mentioned the El Gato docks a few years ago as a potential option, but its unclear if this will actually work, and at full bandwidth.
