I buy this version. I have used that form for 2 Psych tests and 2 Chem tests already with no problem. Be aware that the Scantron imitation you get physically does not look like the one shown on Amazon.

I use these 882E/green scantron knock offs for tests. They do work and is $8.05 per 100 forms.

I bought a pack of 100 off amazon & I've had no issues. My BUAD professor even suggested we do that instead of buying them from the school. Here's the link to the ones I use.
