Washi tape I have and love: if you just want a few dollar tree and michaels has them for under a dollar per roll. (Dt is 2-4 for $1 sold in sets) (michaels is .25-$1 individually)

Stickers I buy on clearance at walmart, or michaels or at dollar tree. eBay is also a great place for stickers.
