Haven't tried it, and it is extremely likely to be overcharged non-durable junk, but if it does work then I can't fault it!
If you want something cheap with a name on it, the Fluke 101 is decently budget friendly. Does everything my inhereted Fluke does, minus the current.
I bought a model 101 after hearing Adam Savage recommend it on his YouTube channel. So far has been used to test 208, 120, and resistance. Works as intended only 41$ on Amazon right now. https://www.amazon.com/Fluke-101-Multimeter-Resistance-Capacitance/dp/B00HE6MIJY/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=fluke+multimeter&qid=1602958368&sprefix=fluke+&sr=8-9
