For outdoor runs: https://www.amazon.com/Outdoor-Waterproof-Unshielded-Ethernet-trueCABLE/dp/B01JAVNWOK I use their Cat6 in my house for outside, buried, attic runs, and anything else that isn't fiber. The theoretical max distance for cat5, 5e and 6 without an ethernet extender is 100 meters, or roughly 328 feet. I've done 400ft runs with cat6 without any issues over a PoE system that wasn't pulling a lot of data, speed may take a hit once you get over 300ft but again, for a PoE camera system as long as the source connection is strong and fast enough any deterioration shouldn't make that much of a difference.
Speaking of theoretical speed and distance, cat5e has a speed of 1000mbps, which is gigabit speed. My camera systems speeds are usually in the 8000kbps range, which if my networking class math holds up, should be just short of 8mbps, leaving plenty (a ridiculous amount really) of headroom for any future cameras that come out.
And the cable loosener is a godsend when you're making cable. I was bored a while back and decided I wanted to clean up my 24 port switch, 16 port PoE switch and 24 port patch panel, decided to make custom length runs instead of just buying them, the loosener helped a ton in saving my fingers.
