I just checked out your keyboard case and I like it a lot. I see that the Feker ik75 v3 pro uses a silicone plate versus the polycarbonate plate that I would get in the wind x98. I’ve debated getting a brass plate with the wind x98 for the deeper bottoming out sound (options of wind x98 plates are: aluminum, brass, carbon fiber, FR4, and polycarbonate) but for the sake of the quiet build I am creating, I am sticking with the polycarbonate plate in the wind x98 in the group buy preorder on ashkeebs.com. Another con of the brass plate is that it interferes with Bluetooth connectivity. I think I am also going to pick up your keyboard case on Amazon too so I can compare the silicone plate and the polycarbonate plate side-by-side.
Or should I just stick solely with the wind x98? What do you think?
Also on the off-chance, do you know any excellent cases for the entire keyboard for transportability such as throwing your keyboard in a backpack on-the-go? For example this keyboard case setup comes with its own case for the entire keyboard so you can safely pack it away in a bookbag.
If you follow this post, I 100% will be posting updates with pictures as items become restocked and my project comes together!
Currently so far: 1. I have the full set of Cerakeys ordered.
I need to order samples of switches so I can narrow down the exact silent switch (or lubed linear switch) I want to use.
I need to narrow down which keyboard case(s) I want to try and order them (current top two contenders: wind x98 and Feker IK75 Pro 3)
