This thing is actually about 20 watts, they all do this 100 watt equivalent thing and if it's priced like other ones like it it should be about $20. Most entry-level good grow lights are in this dollar per watt price range. Most E26/e27 bulbs like this are pretty efficient too. I can't speak to what the actual spectrum is on this, so that's where I would question this thing. This won't do it alone and probably isn't the right spectrum for flower, you would need to add a few more regular led bulbs in warm color range.
