BUT. That case is closed by magnets. I'm a sheet metal worker, and those magnets constantly collect metal shavings, to the point where the case would grind and barely shut. This case has most of the opening covered and has solved the problem 95%. When you want to open it you fold the flap down and have at it.

I bought a similar case as OP and it obviously had the same issue as without. Love this case.
