Dude I know this feel! My boy is a super chewer who can't be given rope, stuffed toys, or soft plastic. I got him this toy from chewy, as well as locally sourced deer and elk antlers. The antlers are great for the tough chewing bc they contain marrow like bones, but don't splinter like bones.
I learned by accident that my dog really likes the lacrosse ball. I use it for post workout massages, and after he stole it once, I realized he's unable to destroy it the way he does with regular tennis balls. This led me to seek out toys of similar material which led me to the Gough Nuts brand. I did some research and bought a smaller ring since I've got a mini aussiedoodle.
Deer is tougher than elk, and more flavorful. Buy split elk if your dog is still teething, or whole elk if you're unsure if they'll like antlers in general. I've also had success with Pizzle sticks, and I've heard good things about Bully Sticks but never bought one.
