Here is the cable I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QQNFKZK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and the USB extender: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FQ88CHS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
As for bugs, once everything was set up properly it works without issue. With that said, it was not easy to get everything working properly. I have an RTX 3080 and apparently the display ports have different capabilities, and it took a lot of messing around to get everything working.
My setup has 3 video outputs: 1. 3440x1440@120Hz 2. 4x@60Hz 3. Index@120Hz. In some configurations I would lose the ability to put my monitor on 120Hz, sometimes I would get no output on the index. The only way I was able to get everything to work as specced was having the 3440x1440 on the first DP port over the 60ft cable, Index on second, and TV on the HDMI. Literally every other possible porting led to some kind of weird issue. I intially tried to use a coupler to have my desktop in my office and extend the index out to another room. For whatever reason, that would only work on the extender if I unplugged one of my other outputs.
