That's an OEM style knockoff bar. Why not get the actual OEM bar instead?

I wouldn't trust an unknown company for something like a crossbar just to save $70. Also, what year is your Forester?

That's actually a Thule crossbar (I have those on my Mazda 3), and that particular model won't fit on a Forester, you'd want the raised rail verson. Those are nice bars, but there isn't much point in getting those over the OEM Forester bars unless you want to use an accessory that needs T-tracks.
