depends on your car, phone, and climate to be honest. I have this one:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QT9H89S/

But I refuse to block my AC vents in the summer and being in a SUV my cup holder is pretty low so I had to get one with a long neck and wireless charging since I'll do a few GMD batches a week and didn't want to keep unplugging/plugging at every stop

I've been playing with this one too

https://www.amazon.com/VICSEED-Magnetic-Strongest-Magsafe-Rotation/dp/B09MK5SMH2/

But the downside is no charging, it works pretty good at holding on to the phone but it's going to depend if your phone can use magnetic mounting or not and I haven't had a chance to use it on country or gravel roads yet

I Like these:

https://www.amazon.com/Flow-month-Charger-Cup-Automatic-Universal-Adjustable/dp/B07QT9H89S/

Fast charging, wireless (if your phone is capable), and it auto opens and closes. I also like that it doesn't block the air vents, doesn't need to be glued on your dashboard but still keeps the phone up and elevated for safer driving.

If you don't have bluetooth in your car, an FM transmitter like this: https://www.amazon.com/Syncwire-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Wireless-Hands-Free/dp/B0948ZFQFR/

You basically search for empty FM channels in your area via google, set the device to broadcast to that channel, tune to that channel on your stereo, then your audio/navigation will be played through your car speakers.

A pocket pen light, a sharpie, some insulated thermal bags (sams club and walmart have big ones for like $5 in the camping section, ozark trail is the brand I think), and of course a mile tracking app like gridwise, everlance, worksolo, etc
