Since it's such a small surface area, you can probably go with a fabric/cloth based one.

As mentioned elsewhere in this thread, Hooga has a small unit that is dual LED for about $260 on Amazon that comes with a stand. https://www.amazon.com/Infrared-Adjustable-Clinical-Performance-HGPRO300/dp/B08Z73FNZN (you can also buy something on Alibaba for even cheaper - Hooga is made by Sgrow and you could get the same light for about $150 shipped if you are more adventurous.)

Just make sure you are getting red and near infrared light in whatever device you choose. Lots of options.
