Gotcha. Unless you're tracking a bunch of things other than Goals, Assists, Shots, Saves, GBs, and Faceoffs (and that's already a lot) most basic stat books should work fine. Something like this would be what you need.
Best advice I would give is make a printable excel spreadsheet with your players numbers and names to glue into your books (print one for every game) so you don't have to transcribe that every time. It's helpful to make extras to give to opposing teams as well for their books. Remember this first player listed in your book needs to be your team's 'in-home' player and must be a starting attackmen.
I don't know if you've done much stat tracking but definitely get a helper or two to spot and report things. It's hard doing all of that and working the table at the same time.
