Compression leggings are pretty nice

For realigning hips daily, lying flat on floor, head supported, hips about 12-18" away from wall, legs up wall with knees comfortably straight. Your butt distance from the wall will adjust knee comfort so they aren't bent, stressed or hyperextending.
Spend 10 minutes this way a couple times a day.
If you cannot do wall, knees up over an ottoman or bolster will help and can be done in bed.
Helps long bones settle back into place, easing all those pelvic attachments, which also helps knees
