You're trying to fix the symptom, not the cause. The cause is either a bad injector or a plugged precat.
The heat soak TSP is a thing, but it's a sometimes thing that happens during hot weather. If it's happening routinely during winter/spring/fall something is broken.
I got the DEI kit, and it works well (again, for very extreme circumstances.) You will have to take apart the entire injector rail to install it. If you have stock injectors it's time to replace them anyway. Then you can also take off the intake and exhaust manifolds to inspect the front of the catalyst matrix.
