Do you mean this one that only supports a couple of Mint's LTE bands and doesn't support VoLTE? May as well buy a brick. Stick with phones designed for the US market. Moto dropped the number from their US market G series after 7. G8 and G9 phones are listed as "global" or "international". That's your warning sign for "probably won't work well in the US".

Mint mostly uses LTE bands 2, 4, 12, 66, and 71. Bands 5, 25, 26, and 41 are used in limited areas. According to Motorola, the phone you're looking at only supports 2, 4, 5, and 41. And even those mean nothing without VoLTE support.

The absolute requirement for VoLTE support was scheduled to kick in 1/31 of this year.
