Everything goes on it.

Then I'll go through with it and highlight tasks according to category to color code it visually.

Then I'll open up Google calendar and schedule time chunks to get stuff done throughout the week, also color coded to the task list.

When I'm done with a task, I cover it up with a piece of washi tape so that it looks nice.
