I got this one from Amazon
Might be better off with an FM transmitter. Something like THIS. Lots of inexpensive options on Amazon.
If you just need Bluetooth, I bought an FM transmitter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018E0I01I and honestly it works great.
Personally doing what the other people suggested sounds like too much work for me. Just plug this into your cigarette outlet, find a empty radio station, connect your phone and boom you'll have the music from your phone in your car
Nulaxy Wireless in-Car Bluetooth FM Transmitter Radio Adapter Car Kit W 1.44 Inch Display Supports TF/SD Card and USB Car Charger for All Smartphones Audio Players https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018E0I01I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_cRIVBbTNH9YA8
I recommend these to everyone with an older car. they just plain work without needing some crazy install.
You don't actually have to replace the radio unless you want to. There are adapters available that send your phone's Bluetooth signal to an unused FM station on the current radio. They come in a wide range of capabilities and prices, I'll paste the link to the one I use and have put in my granddaughter's car. It's inexpensive and does an admirable job.
