It was $30 cheaper when we got it though. Wife wanted a laser printer as she's a Professor and prints out syllabi and assignments from home sometimes, and I wanted a scanner to be able to scan in and make Tabletop Simulator versions of some of our board games.
The cardstock linked above is some of the thickest I believe would actually make it through the printer, and after the heat from the printer it comes out quite curved (curved enough that each new page pushes the last one out of the tray entirely, but they straighten out again when going through the laminator, even if I were to print something on cardstock without the intent of foiling it, I'd still run it through the laminator to get it straightened out.
