I'd first go back and ask every one of those quotes what the verifiable BTU output at 17F [-8C] and or -5F [-20C].
Without seeing the full specs I'd go with the Moovair for the 10/5 labor, as 5 years should eke out the installer problems that you'd never see in one year.
One [1] dB is the absolute minimum sound difference that very few humans can perceive, it is generally agreed that 3dB is the minimum for most to notice even a slight difference. 10dB is where you may notice a doubling in sound - but going from 55dB quiet conversation to 65dB normal conversation may be a bit misleading - my kitchen faucet at full open is 71dB, and yes I have a dBa decibel meter.
You may also want to inquire about a compressor sound deadening blanket for the manufacturer you are looking at, but only if approved for your machine.
