They're starting to stamp out the new generation of 'portable' treadmills.

And it's actually rock solid / great. Better than a proper one as it can handle higher speeds if I want to get a quicker walk in for a few minutes. I had 2 of the prior models before - one arrived DOA the other's motor burned out after 5 months. <- this doesn't feel like it will fail in the same way, at all and I think is far better than a lifespan on a number of fronts. The companies that sell these are surprisingly lax in returns/warranties either (they'll tell you to keep it and send you another one or refund - not great for the environment, but...)
