If you have prime on .ca, it doesn't transfer to .com. Usually this means it's cheaper/quicker for me to stick with .ca but reagents were definitely a better buy from the US version. I order a lot on Amazon and always check .com because they usually have more reviews.
The company I ordered from is elevation chemicals. You can get a kit like this (sorry for that huge link) https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00UF4NWFQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1504617085&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=Reagent&dpPl=1&dpID=41RylcFmpML&ref=plSrch pretty cheap and it will cover all your basis. The identification cards are included but for rc's you'll have to check online to find the right reaction (bunk police YouTube videos cover most of them or the pics in the wiki).
They come in clear bottles so you'll want to store them in a dark case to prevent light exposure. I don't remember the packaging it came in... It might have listed there were chemicals inside but I had no trouble receiving the order (reagents are legal). If that's a concern for you, you could check with the seller.
