The kind of compressions you get aren't dependent on height. It's usually person to person, or whichever helps/feels best. I only don't like thigh highs because the silicon which holds them up makes me sweat and itch. I'm 5' and 117 lbs., but I need stockings. There are a few things I can recommend on Amazon depending on the kind of tightness you're looking for (I mostly use 20-30 mmhg, so these are only ones I've personally tried).
