I have these containers but they only have the middle divider. I'm also interested in where OP found glass containers with 3 compartments.

I have been very happy with 2-compartment glass containers like these. Dishwasher/microwave/oven safe, leak-proof (I keep them in my backpack without worries).

Having two compartments often means this is the only container I have to bring with me.
