I'm on Keto and found Teeccino makes a good Bullet Proof coffee (14g butter + 14g MCT oil).
Even just black, it benefits from a shake of salt and 2 drops of EZ-Sweetz.
In the end I switched to just roasted chicory which is much cheaper, and you use a lot less of it (~8g to make a 12oz cup).
Bienvenido! I like a few of these things as they make staying on target easier.
Lowry's Pork Rinds - Microwaveable nuking makes all the difference. I am interested to try Microwave Pork Rinds 2.5 Pounds (40 Ounces) Gluten Free as they are more cost effective.
Pork Dust - Pork Rind Breadcrumbs is great for when you want to do something quick and crunchy. I try to make them myself though.
Now Foods Beef Gelatin Powder because everyone needs more of it.
Miracle Noodle Pasta, 7 Ounce (Pack of 6) is my second choice (Pasta Zero Plus is nowhere to be found on Amazon Subscribe & Save) but perfectly serviceable. Just remember to rinse the hell out of it and dry it a bit before cooking with it.
EZ-Sweetz (2oz - Liquid Sweetener 800 Servings/Bottle) is part of how I have my occasional coffee and part of how I sweeten my whipped cream and salads.
EZ-Sweetz De-bittered Stevia is the other. I like the mix and the drops make it easy to manage my intake.
Good luck!
EDIT: got on a computer and came back and added links to items I bought on Amazon and links to recipes I've mentioned
I like to bake and low carb baking can get kinda expensive, especially locally, so I got most of this stuff from Amazon (still more expensive than typical SAD staples, but what can you do?)
Golden flaxseed meal (Bob's Red Mill brand, needed for a lot of low carb recipes, it seems)
Unsweetened soynut butter (I.M. Healthy brand, only 1 net carb and a totally passable stand in for peanut butter, much cheaper in bulk via Amazon subscribe & save and Amazon Mom than I can find in town)
Coconut Flour (I use Nutiva brand now, but have tried several others and liked equally. Maria Mind Body Health has an amazing brownie recipe using coconut flour, I always have a few brownies in my freezer)
Almond flour (Honeyville or bust. It's way finer ground, much better for all recipes I've tried. I buy it direct from the company now, and store in my deep freeze. Looove it)
EZ Sweetz liquid "splenda" (it's liquid splenda and actually has no carbs, the granular stuff actually has some)
Erythritol (I get NOW foods brand. My favorite sweetener for baking)
Unsweetened, unflavored whey protein powder (I use Jarrow brand. Just made some reasonably tasty almond butter bread last night and used it.)
Chia seeds (Almond milk chocolate pudding? Strawberry chia seed jam? Heck yes!)
Coconut oil (I get this cheaper at Sam's now I think, but have gotten it from Amazon too! A must have for my fat bombs!)
Psyllium husk powder (make low carb gluten free tortillas with it, haven't used for anything else yet, but for this purpose alone I love it)
Sorry for such a long reply! I think I have a baking problem, haha. And sorry for not linking recipes (EDIT: fixed this), I'm on my phone, but if there's any requests I will totally post links later. Hope this helps you shop! It seems to take a while to build up a good low carb pantry, I'm only now finally feeling pretty comfortable with mine, but I still have a sort of "wish list" for more stuff I want to try still!
