Yes, that was my exact experience! I have no idea how it doesn't bother other artists; my sister purchased the Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K) and it doesn't bother her at all, but I would go insane having to look at it for hours on end. If it's getting in the way of you making art, then I cannot suggest enough that you return it.
I originally bought Huion's 2.5K tablet too and I really, really wanted to love it, but the noise was just too bad. I am immensely happy with my decision to purchase the tablet I now have. Even though it's considered kind of 'old', it works just as great (although it's unfortunately not 2.5K lol) and while I bought mine during a sale, it's still reasonably priced. I purchased this one: https://store.huion.com/products/kamvas-16-2021?vid=1095 (I think this is the standard?) but if you want a 13-inch tablet this one seems to have a removable AG screen protector too: https://store.huion.com/products/kamvas-13?vid=1055
If looking at Huion's other tablets, just make sure in specifications under AG glass it says 'pre-installed anti-glare matte film' and not 'etched anti-glare glass.' And don't forget to remove the AG screen protector!!! After I removed mine, I purchased this glossy one from Amazon so I wouldn't scratch up my screen: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09VYQS6ZF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also, if you use an adjustable monitor arm like Ergotron, I found this adapter for my drawing tablet to work beautifully and figured I might as well share it because it took me waayyyy to long to find: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LL73T31/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I hope this helps! If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask.
