For stick toys, GoCat's Da Bird works incredibly well. It has a longer rod and string so you can keep more distance with it, and the rod itself is so thin that cats don't really seem to notice that you're waving it around compared to the bulkier plastic ones. It has some give to it too, so you can kind of bounce the toy around and get more realistic movement than with other similar toys. I use the sparkler attachment and all of my cats go absolutely crazy for it. It crinkles and rustles as you move it around so it's really great for getting their attention compared to the regular feather attachment.
Since Sprinkles likes paper towel rolls, a big kick toy would probably be great for her. There's a ton of different types, but I got this giant one off of etsy and my cats like it much more than the ones you'd find at a pet store. It's not quite paper towel roll sized, but it's a great substitute. Instead of hair ties, she might also like plastic rings or springs as well.
For electronic toys, Smartykat's Loco Motion is probably the best starting point. A lot of electronic toys are too loud or fast for feral cats to be comfortable using right away, but this one has a dial on it that lets you adjust how fast (and consequently loud) it is. You can start really slow to give the cats a chance to check it out, then set it a little faster once they get used to it. It also has a 15 minute interval timer (each button press adds 15 minutes) so you can set it to stay on for a longer period of time. Their Hot Pursuit toy is another good one, but it's pretty loud and turns off automatically after fifteen minutes or so, so it's less versatile. I have a few electronic toys for my cats so I ended up switching to rechargeable batteries since they kind of burn through them otherwise.
Ball track toys are also a great option for an interactive toy. When I moved my first semi-feral indoors I bought this Catit circuit and set it up around her playpen and she absolutely loved it. I'd hear her batting the ball around throughout the night. They sell a motion activated light-up ball for it as well, if your cats are into laser pointers it would probably work great.
