Helpful supplements I take:
- Kava root: The brand I use is Stress-Relax by Natural Factors; I take 2 (total of 500mg, 150mg kavalactones) at 7:30pm.
- Melatonin: I get this from Trader Joe's. 3mg about an hour before bedtime.
- CBD: The brand I use is Wyld CBD, but I'm pretty sure that's local to Oregon. I take it with the melatonin. Dosage is extremely variable; start low and find what works for you.
- Magnesium: I take both magnesium citrate and glycinate. Both are very well absorbed; citrate tends to have a laxative effect so be careful with it. You can find both in powder or pill form.
