I found some things that help manage attacks (for anyone who might find this helpful):
- Heating pad or hot water bottle on abdomen
- Ice pack on back for muscle spasms
- Tablespoon of Epsom Salts (Pharmaceutical grade)
- Staying upright for 4-5 hours after eating. I found lying down after eating is a good way to pass a gallstone and have a gallbladder attack
- Peppermint tea
