My first year I used a big respirator that I had all painted and decorated, and it was a HUGE pain, and so uncomfortable, I hardly wore it. After that I used a cloth N95 mask similar to this one (same one you posted). That was better and looked cool, but between the velcro and the amount of hair I have, it didn't always stay on super well. I had one that fit great but fell apart, and all the ones I've bought since just haven't stayed on well enough to be usable.

These days, I always wear a bandana around my neck and usually carry a pashmina/shemagh, and a majority of the time I just use that over my face. It's the most comfy, and usually sufficient. I still carry a cloth N95 in my bag (it's small), but I only use it in the most intense of dust storms - usually under my scarf. I also carry a couple paper N95s to hand out. I love having a bandana or scarf in general, so I usually bring at least 4 of them to switch out as they get dirty.

YMMV on whether this is an issue for you, but even as someone who has asthma and is prone to bronchitis, it's worked well for me.

For goggles - I've been using these guys for the last 3 years or so. They're cheap, they're well-padded and comfy, and they look nice, plus cheap enough that I can pick up a few extra pairs for gifts, or in case I lose a pair, or to have colours that match my outfit, or whatever. They do have some small vents, but I just put a little piece of tape on the inside and it hasn't been an issue. I have a clear pair for night and a tinted pair for day, and I've yet to break a pair. In the past I had some steampunk ones (they were awful and uncomfortable, would not recommend), and some red baron goggles (I found the padding to be too thin, they were tight on my eyes, and they lost lenses). I prefer having two pairs rather than interchangable lenses, because I don't want to screw around with changing lenses, and I know there's a good chance that I'll lose them, so I'd rather have backups. I have them caribinered onto my bag to deal with the bulk.
