I bought This roll-up board for $15. I wanted something big enough, and the fact that it's quite portable is a bonus. I figure when I upgrade to a nicer board, this will still get some use.

I also got a set of melamine stones for $17, the white stones are not really consistent in size, but for $40 it's a good starter set.
