The second cable they listed is 100W AND USB-IF certified, so it's going to allow you to do fast charging. If the wattage running between your devices in the faster cables is, at peak, above 60W, then it's because some of your cables don't have the E-Marker and copper sufficient to supply 100W. I haven't tested it for 100W (and they probably haven't tested it), but it IS tested by USB-IF. Besides that, charging speeds can vary slightly by the resistance of the cable.
