Since the pandemic started I have completed many paintball projects one of them was saving an E99 Avant. Found one on Ebay and had the same issue. The capacitor needed to be replaced, pancake noids very very rarely go bad. You can tell the capacitor is damaged is if it's bloated. If you look at the end of the capacitor that has the X on it (opposite end of the wires) and it looks like it's bulging and is convex then it's damaged. Very simply buy a cheap capacitor like one of these.. Take a photo of the capacitor orientation on the board. Un-solder the two wires, remove the bad capacitor. Take the new capacitor, heat shrink or cover the exposed wire with electric tape and re-solder it to the board. They put enough solder on the board you don't need to add more. Just unflow and reflow.
Replace the orings on the striker and valve. They are scuffed at this point. Lucky for you the bolt, valve and striker all use the same size oring. Get a set of buna o-rings of that size and you should be set.
The springs could be worn also, just buy new ones and bing bang boom you should be good.
