I recommend this one to everyone! It’s heavy duty and it really helps a lot to relieve pressure. I went hiking a whole weekend in Utah at 31 weeks with this and I definitely would have suffered without it. Just make sure you measure to order your correct size.

Have you tried sitting on a yoga ball??? That’s been pretty helpful to me this last trimester for relieving some of my SPD pain. It may be awkward at first but I sit on it multiple times/ day now whenever I feel achy. You can also use it as support to do some of the stretching exercises and it helps. I’ve also been using a heavy duty support belt since my 2nd trimester and it’s been a lifesaver. I recommend if to everyone!
