i have the alcantara blue and black colors. Minimal protection, but maximum luxury. lightweight and barely will you notice heavy weight. Its a case if you are always keeping it safe and not tossing it around. it does protect, but not rugged. i paid 55 for mine, but now can find for 40 or less.
