I have the same radio in my wife's van, although I constantly experience picket-fencing with it. Due to my wife's desire to not have a "big" antenna waving around her roof I installed a Laird Phantom Elite https://www.amazon.com/Laird-Technologies-450-470-Phantom-Antenna/dp/B00794XNX6

That being said, I usually recommend using nothing more elaborate than a basic, inexpensive 1/4 wave antenna. https://www.theantennafarm.com/catalog/antennas-191/mobile-antennas-192/380-512-mhz-uhf-196/quarter-wave-uhf-antennas-213/

They are inexpensive, durable and are only 6 inches tall. Honestly, going with a high-gain antenna on a mobile installation isn't going to pay off that much when it's only six feet off the ground. If you are putting it on top of your house, go for the colinear 5/8 over 5/8 but for a mobile installation, I would just stick with 1/4 wave.

I would add that if you were in a situation that you are not capable of mounting it in a good ground-plane and have to fender mount it, I would go with a 1/2 wave antenna. https://www.theantennafarm.com/catalog/antennas-191/mobile-antennas-192/380-512-mhz-uhf-196/no-ground-uhf-antennas-215/
