Why?

I could get the G3 S (mini) for 160$,

the G3 Vigor for 250$

or the normal G3 for 320$

And the only zenfone 2 I found was 280$

Out of the three: On paper the amazon fire is the better phone, with the 626s a close second. But I would personally go with either the 626s or the core prime myself.

That said. If you're looking for a phone in the $200 price range (I assume that's the range you're looking as all the phones you listed appear to be around $200 USD.), I would personally go with a moto G 3rd gen at $180, or the zenfone 2 at $200.
