I used the Baby K'tan. It's not cheap, but cheaper. My friend likes her Infantino Flip.
For a car seat cover, I have one that's also a nursing cover. And it also can be a stroller, high chair, grocery cart cover. Super quick and easy to use. So cheap, you can get more than one in case one needs washed. It's similar to this, but different pattern and brand (there are so many). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HH9TF1T/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_fab_0kqAFbX3H0AMV My son was born last September, and having just a blanket over him with this style of car seat cover worked well for us during winter. We're in USA Midwest.
I didn't have any luck with my haakaa manually pumping, and wasn't much of a fan. I only used it to catch let down/leaking on the side I wasn't nursing on. My son would kick it off and milk would be everywhere. Eventually my body regulated, so didn't need it. Looking back, I wish I would have gotten breast shields. They could have went in my nursing bra. I only recommend a haakaa type product if you plan on using it to manually pump. And I'd personally go with anything that's food grade silicone and cheaper.
