Looking at Luke's mod, that problem seems to be exactly what I'm running into with my initial tries with PETG. Not sure why I haven't seen this sooner.

I see some parts on Amazon to mount the V6. If I understand right, that would work for any hotend of that style - V6/Volcano/Rapido/Dragonfly?
