I've been dealing with two neck flare ups for a year. They're on the nape so I completely understand what you mean. Im still trying to find out ways to handle them. If they are inflamed and red, I would get Boil Ease. It helped me ALOT with pain and inflammation. Before applying, I would ice the flare up first and let it warm back up. If the flare up as a head appearing and needs help Drainin', PRID drawing salve works wonders.

But in the end, when you can, I would go ahead and see a dermatologist about them. I know for the ones on the nape of my neck may need surgery but I still need to make an appointment with a derm as well. A dermatologist hopefully can help you stop spread to your face, but i Hope the ointments I listed can help just a bit!

Best wishes to you my friend!
