I found FocusMe on phone and laptop, and requiring long random passwords to turn off, to work 90% of the time.

I also have this if really needed https://www.amazon.com/Kitchen-Safe-Locking-Container-Height/dp/B00JGFQTD2

But mostly FocusMe works https://focusme.com/

Ooooh! /u/Kytoaster!!! I found this kitchen safe on Amazon awhile ago! It's kind of pricey, but you can put in the foods you eat (like peanut butter, I get it, I will often indulge on 2-3 spoonfuls of peanut butter straight out of the jar lol) while you're sleep walking before bed, and then set the time for when you wake up. That way there is no way your sleepwalking self can get into the peanut butter because it's all based on time, there's no key involved!

The one I have is $65 :(. It was a good investment for me. If you need something cheap, try cascading ziploc bags. It's something I saw on Hacker News or a publication like that.

The tip was to put your phone in 12 separate ziploc bags. The idea is that it's really inefficient to take your phone out and you would eventually stop before getting to the final one. The stronger your phone attachment, the more ziploc bags you put them in. I tried it a few times and it takes long enough you get to recognize what you're doing and the silliness effect definitely does the trick!
