Okay. Of the 3 that you listed, I really like the SANSI grow light bulbs. They give off a lot of light with a good color spectrum, and they fit in a standard light socket.
Two of those SANSI bulbs will set you back $80. For $10 less, you can get a ViparSpectra P600 panel. For $10 more, you can get a Mars Hydro TS 600 panel.
Hey there stressfullfrosh. Welcome to the sub. 🌴 Thinking about lighting in your setup as I have that 20 watt Acke. It’s not that bright and quite red shifted in color so IMO only suitable for red boosting your spectrum. I recommend a Viparspectra P600, excellent quality fixture with dimming. 12-95 watts measured with my kill-o-watt meter. With built in driver It will take up 4” at the top of your chamber. It runs very cool compared to my HLG or Mars fixtures.

You could run 5 or 6 15watt LED bulbs and that will work well too. I’ve grown many buds under SIL bulbs. The idea is that you start with one bulb and add more as the plant grows. You need to know how to wire the sockets in parallel but it’s easy. I advise that you have 2 fans in play to remove heat and flow fresh CO2 Prepare for months of fun 🤩
