I think betaflight stopped supporting naze32 boards with version 4, so you would be missing out on any new feature since the beginning of 2019.

I had a similar setup I upgraded and I think the biggest new feature was the OSD because I could manage camera, vtx, battery and drone settings all in the goggles. Beyond that, the new software is suppose to be easier to tune and have better stick feel...that said, you can definitely get a solid tune on an old board, just might be a little more work tweaking settings.

u/MakeStuffFly is totally right...your RX is also outdated and would need to be updated for newer FCs. I added the one they recommended below...

I generally shop at racedayquads.com or pyrodrone.com and just go with budget stuff that has good reviews (and that is in stock...lots of stuff is out of stock right now).

Flight controller
Make sure to get one with a PDB built in because you have individual escs

Camera
I use this camera and love it

Antennas
One goes on your quad, the other on your goggles. You can use any RHCP or LHCP antenna, but both antennas must be the same...no mixing and matching.

Receiver

Hopefully that helps!
