It’s a bit weird that it cleared up after switching ports then started again. Makes me think there might be something in the background causing the latency.

I have seen Logitech software cause this from time to time. Mainly their auto update service or other software for their mouse and keyboards. I always make sure to have all of that disabled on start up or don’t install it at all.

If you do go with a powered hub, make sure to get a quality one. I personally use this one, but there are other quality ones out there.
