First, good on you to use a real hiking pack. Every time I see a set with one of those tacti-cool ones all I can think of is "Have fun carrying that 15-20 miles." There's a reason good companies build their packs with frames and hip belts.

The solar charger is crap. 5W rating means you will get around 1W under non-ideal conditions and that might be below the start-up rating of many devices meaning that they will simply not charge. Better get a larger one rated at at least 10W.

If you have a compass, take a map. I understand you mainly want to have a general direction but you can make your time easier by, for example, avoiding difficult terrain all together instead of walking into it (a lake, mountains without a clear path) and then having to walk around.

Throw everything out of that med-kit and replace it with quality products. Most of those cheap kits have shit quality items (Band aids that fall off, pads that stick to wounds, gloves that tear, scissors that wont cut,...). And add some blister pads. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RHZBXTG

Take a Sawyer instead of the life straw. It's easier to use and you can fill up a bottle with it to transport water.

The "survival tabs" seem to be a gimic. And entire pack of them only covers a day of nutrition and I would not trust anything that keeps 25 years. There are a lot of good freeze dried things that are easy to make.
