Just say NO to halogen. I mean, that's what's in the car already, and they are *terrible*. HID is a nightmare to install (respectively); so go LED. I can't speak for the first sealight you linked, but FUCK NO to the second one. That type of chip arrangement is atrocious for reflector/projector focus. You'll 9/10 times have worse output than the OE halogen bulbs. ALWAYS get an LED that has as a light emmitence point as close to the location of the halogen filament. The first one *looks* about right; but you can't tell until you've held one up/measured directly against a halogen. I use these which are very similar in design, and know they match a halogen almost perfectly.
Just.... don't get those second ones. In fact, you use the same bulb on both the low and fogs.
I used the Sylvania version of those Philips bulbs. They work fine. I know a number of the COB (Chip On Board) style lights don't last long, but those Sealight 168/194s you linked look like one of the better designs. Probably can't go wrong with either one.
Edit: Oh, and also, I already hate the first two you linked solely because the fake marketing... Halogen are NOT HIDs...... Not even in the same ballpark. All they did was tint them more blue, so they aren't the softer yellow/white of a normal halogen.
