Thanks. I updated the post with the pedal type. I purchased this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09H1ZM52S?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title, which looks like it has the TR/TRS you mentioned. I plug my headphones in the female side and it’s only one ear all the way in or both ears slightly pulled out. The amp it’s coming from can be run in mono or stero. I run it in mono though.
